Or did they punch it out from the back so the sock made the ice cream cone look big and fat? what was the scoop for?Roryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01272395635804098635noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8344437777585158395.post-88567138188374719202014-11-30T21:55:27.077-08:002014-11-30T21:55:27.077-08:00Yes, I think it would have made for easier gluing ...Yes, I think it would have made for easier gluing to have fewer tabs. It looks like some of the edge where the tabs are cut had been cut away on the Elmer poster. It was just tricky to glue the tabs on the ice cream board - I'm not very coordinated with a hot glue gun :-) The original elephant board is most often used as a music conductor. You can check out my Elmer the Elephant post for other ways I have used him. Hope that helps!Tinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08693128405088608808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8344437777585158395.post-28525954779882143222014-11-30T21:35:40.988-08:002014-11-30T21:35:40.988-08:00I'd love to hear the responses to the above qu...I'd love to hear the responses to the above questions too, especially how the gluing of Elmer was better.wuxiheatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12429741673749271321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8344437777585158395.post-17228051068495829562014-06-22T14:32:58.796-07:002014-06-22T14:32:58.796-07:00Awesome! But I have a question- you said you would've glued the socks on the same way the elephant was done, so is the only difference is that you did much smaller and more 'tabs' while the elephant only has 4 larger ones? <br />Thanks!The Allen Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01115549224301036002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8344437777585158395.post-58312679597882287162012-09-23T11:47:17.846-07:002012-09-23T11:47:17.846-07:00I am so excited to try making one of these, I thin...I am so excited to try making one of these, I think it'll help our primary be able to focus a little more!
